镀锌方眼网/铁窗纱 / Iron Window Screen /Galvanized Square wire mesh

         方眼网，网孔为正方形的网都可以称为“方眼网”，这是广义的方眼网概念，电焊网，轧花网等也算方眼网，但是我们常说的镀锌方眼网一般指铁窗纱。就是由优质低碳钢丝编织而成的方孔铁丝网。没镀锌的粗丝的一般为黑丝布，后面需要镀锌处理，所以材质一般都是铁的，当然也有铝丝，铜丝，不锈钢丝等做出来称为铝窗纱，铜丝布，不锈钢网等后面单独介绍。

    镀锌方眼网的网编处理方式一般分为毛边，焊边，握边，裹边等。毛边就是现在机器出来的产品没有经过处理，有一段毛刺没有网格。焊边是现在最常见的，边部丝有明显的高温熔化的痕迹，交叉的丝固定在一起防止脱落。握边就是边部铁丝有一小段约1-2cm折回里面编织到网里面（可以参考之前文章铝窗纱）。最后说的是裹边也是最早的，做起来最麻烦最慢的，当然相对来说最牢固的，裹边整体看上去边部没有断头一根丝从一头穿过来，再重新穿过去，如此往复就一根丝，可以确保边丝不会脱落，裹边一般是以前的老旧机器做的，现在由于产能太慢技术太落后基本已经淘汰，不过14目及以下还有部分裹边机器。

方眼网通过表面处理可以分为先镀后编和先编后镀。先镀后编也称原镀就是采用镀锌铁丝来编织做网，一般0.35mm及以上丝径居多，0.35mm先编后镀居多，先编后镀就是用黑丝做完后再进行镀锌处理，厚度的颜色一致比较好看。表面镀锌也分好几种，可以镀白，镀蓝，镀彩。镀白就是普通镀锌，镀出来颜色是白色的。镀蓝也称为蓝白钝化，做出来颜色偏蓝（如下图），是镀锌后再浸泡在化学溶液里面镀上一层其他金属层，起到增加表面颜色，增强防锈能力的处理工艺。雷德隆方眼网一般都是镀蓝处理，增强产品使用年限。镀彩就是镀出来颜色为五彩或金黄色主要就是白锌换成了彩锌。

      方眼网材质为铁，虽然表面经过镀锌处理，但是为了可以长时间保存，雷德隆工厂对产品进行了三层包装，里面防潮纸将丝网包住，防止扎破外包装及搬运过程刺伤手，外面塑料膜隔绝空气，最外面两卷装一个编织袋，防止内包装受损。
