干果机，又名食物风干机，果蔬脱水机。是一种低温风干水果、蔬菜、药材、肉类等的机器
主要以风干水果为主，将大部分水分烤干，食用果干。我主要介绍的是家庭型的干果机。家庭用干果机的功率在125W~600W之间。原理比较简单，设计比较新颖。采用的发热丝加热，配带一个风扇，通过风扇将热风吹出。起到低温风干的效果。可以通过开关温控器来控制电流的流量进而控制功率的变化来调整热量的散发。目前也已有电子版，微电脑控制板来控制风扇的启动停止，和温度的高低的了。由于定位在低温风干，所以温度一般在35-70之间可调。 排气孔在机器的上方。用来排放蒸汽。不过目前也好像出了一款热风循环的设计的，水分蒸发是在底下的。用干果机可以很简单的做出全家人都爱吃的零食，既方便有健康。
