严格按照使用说明书使用
焖煮步骤:1.先将准备好的食材倒入罐体(豆类特殊需要先泡3-5小时,然后放入锅里煮3-5分钟)。
2.食材放入罐体后,加入刚烧开的沸水,拧紧盖子预热2-3分钟。
3.预热2-3分钟后把罐体内的水倒掉(注意食材别倒了)
4.最后再一次加入刚烧开的沸水 拧紧盖子,放置1-5小时,具体时间按照焖煮食材所需时间定夺。
稀饭是2-3小时。
加豆类的稀饭一定要先泡3-5小时,然后在锅里煮3-5分钟捞起后再和米一起放入罐内倒入刚烧开的沸水,拧紧盖子焖煮。
加肉类海鲜类的稀饭一定要先将肉类放入锅里煮3-5分钟捞起后再和米一起放入罐内倒入刚烧开的沸水,拧紧盖子焖煮。
面条和鸡蛋焖煮时间是30-40分钟。
焖煮的原理就是一个真空保温杯锁死温度进行高温焖煮的过程,安全方便,省电省能源。所以当有高温在罐体内时,想要打开盖子一定要按下盖子中间红色按钮进行排气,起到一个内外气压平衡,这样就可以轻松打开了。
