一、产品介绍。双罐气压滤油机特点：使用正压，清渣方便、过滤室不存油，工作效率高、过滤油脂清亮等。主要用来过滤螺旋榨油机榨出的各种毛油。也可过滤其它含有固体杂质的油料。

二、工作原理。本机主要由毛油桶、空压机、槽型卡等部件构成，其工作原理是由空压机将气体通过缓气罐压入毛油桶，将毛油透过滤布流出。过滤时，毛油中的固体微粒遇到滤布，微粒被阻隔在滤布表面形成滤渣。它本身也就是一种过滤层。滤油机工作能力随压力的提高而提高，但也随滤渣厚度的增加而降低。此时必须停机，去除滤渣。
