硅胶按键生产工序：

一、原料配制（又叫炼胶、备料等）：包括生胶的混炼，颜色的配色，原料的重量计算等。

二、硫化成型（又叫油压成型）：采用高压力硫化设备经过高温硫化，使硅胶原材料成固态成型。

三、丝印：整版硅胶按键（整版印刷效率更高）印刷各种功能符号，可多色印刷，可雷雕处理，印刷完后经过烤箱烘烤，把油墨烘干，确保不掉色，更耐磨、耐用。

四、披峰（又叫加工、去毛边等）：从整版印刷完后，需去除一些无用的毛边、孔屑；在行业里，此工序完全由手工完成，有的工厂也有用冲床完成。

五、表面处理：表面处理包括用气枪除尘，粘附的杂质。

六、喷油：硅胶制品在普通状态下很容易吸附空气中的灰尘，并具有一定的粘性。在表面喷上一层薄薄的手感油，既能防灰尘又能使手感得到保证，喷完油再烘烤一次。

七、其他：其他工序包括商家对硅胶按键赋予的一些附加功能，如进行滴胶、镭雕、P+R合成、优化包装，与其它材料及部件组装等。
