Description

1、球碗内球面涂抹适量的7034号球节专用润滑脂后，将球头销压入球碗内一起装处接头内；
2、安装防法罩前须向防尘罩内腔注入3～5g7034号球节专用润滑脂；并在球头销与挡头形成的环形槽凹坑中填满7034号球节专用润滑脂；
3、装配完成后，防尘罩拉脱力不小于0.3KN；
4、封盖铆合后全周须无裂纹：且在500KPa的压力下无渗漏，并能承受F向15KN以上的压脱力；
5、总成在室温下静置48h后：测定球头销的起动力矩不大于9N.m，回转力矩为3～6N.m；
6、球头销的轴向拉脱力须大于等于20KN；
7、装配及移转过程中，各零件不得磕碰、划伤。
