1，是否所有红酒都适用电动开瓶器？
答：科力通电动开瓶器可适用于市面上普遍大多数红酒（瓶口外径小于35mm的直口瓶和凸口瓶的酒瓶），如果是陈年红酒（通常而言，红酒背标显示罐装年份距离现在超过10年以上），则建议使用专开老年份酒的老酒刀，因为陈年红酒木塞相对较软，使用电动开瓶器容易将其钻裂从而导致木屑掉入酒中。
2，电动开瓶器起订量（Logo/颜色/款式）多少？
答：具体数量是根据不同款式而决定,
定制LOGO一般是500个起,首单支持小批量试产；
定制包装一般是1000个起。
3，需要使用多少节电池，普通电池可以使用吗？
答：必须使用4节5号碱性干电池。
电动开瓶器开瓶需要电池瞬间放电量达到3-4A，碱性电池属于动力型电池，能达到上述要求的瞬间放电量。建议在市场上购买同等质量的南孚、金霸王品牌电池，以保证顺利开瓶。
4，电动开瓶器可做哪些材质？
答：可以选择ABS，不锈钢，铝合金等材质，也可以根据要求调配材质。
5，电动开瓶器定制Logo的交期是多少？
答：若是定制2000个以内，生产周期大约为：
镭雕：3-7天
丝印：5-9天
6，定制Logo的步骤？
-提供Logo文档 （AI文档或CDR格式）
-选择Logo制作工艺 （可选择镭雕、丝印、贴牌或其它工艺）
-设计效果图（由我司设计Logo置入产品的效果图）
-确认细节（针对logo位置、大小等细节进行调整）
-产品生产（将样品邮寄给您确认后再进入批量生产，邮费到付）
7，退换货相关说明:
（1）在不影响二次销售的情况下，自收货之日起7天内，可无理由退换货，退回时请务必连同包装盒原样一起退回，以免途中损坏。
（2）非质量问题的退换货，退回运费由顾客自行承担。
