测量的参照点不同，会存在1cm-3cm的误差，是正常情况。同款杯子的实际大小都是相同的。 
2、关于客服

本店产品利润较薄，货物在运输过程当中破损，我方不再另做补偿；请在提货时当场检查，如有破损请自行跟托运部协商。检查方式：先扶起箱子，箱子底下四个边，一条边着地，摇下箱子，如果箱子里出现声响，请在货运物流工作人员的面前当场拆箱检查，出现的破损马上与货运物流协商理赔。有时是外包装完好，里面有出现破损，这种情况是货运物流装车震碎的。请勿将货物提走；如果是回去后拆开发现破损，货运物流方面是不认账的。关于陶瓷易碎品，我方建议打木箱，打木箱需另加费用！
