1.Q:Do you accept customize?
A:Yes,we have our own factory,customized product is ok.
2.Q:Can you print customer's logo or company name ?
A:Yes,we could print your logo or company name on bag . Screen printing method , heat transfer printing method will be used. We will choose the best one according to your design.
3.Q:Can you design for us?
A:Yes,we have professional designer,please tell us your requirement ,let us do it for you.
4.Q:Is it possible to get a free sample?
A:Yes,Stock samples are free,but we don't cover shipping cost .We could also provide customize sample to you, the specific price will be confirmed according to the sample’s workmanship.If we have a further cooperation in the future,the sample fee will be returned.
5.Q: What is your MOQ?
A:Usually 2000PCS. With the different material,size and workmanship, MOQ is different.
6.Q:How long can we receive your quotation?
A:If your information is detailed, quotation will be offered within 8 hours(Working days). In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please give us following information:
1).Usage; 2)Style;3)Material; 4)Workmanship; 5)Size; 6) Logo:7)Quantity;
If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying.
7. Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
A: Most of our products are customized according to customer’s demand, but we still have some stocking products.
8.Q:What is your delivery time?
A:Usually 25-40 days. For different product and quantity,delivery time will be different.
9.Q:What is the payment term?
A:For small order,100% T/T before production.
For big order,30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment against Copy of B/L.
10.Q:Can you accept small order?
A:Yes,but price will be a little higher.
11.Q:Can you please customize packing?
A:Yes, we could provide customize packing: display box, single opp box, etc.
But price will change.
12.Q:What is the trade terms?
A:FOB and EXW is acceptable.
