使用说明
1当配用薄板开孔器时，首先将电钻前端和切割器，插人开孔器的圆孔内，使切割器与电钻连接并将其锁牢，再将架子上的三枝，柱头螺丝柠紧，以防开孔器架子滑动; 将尺杆以左到右定位针朝上插人架子的小方孔内，最后可根据所割圆弧的大小，调节并拧紧紧顶螺杆，将尺杆固定牢，以保切割圆孔的准确性。
2 切割标准圆弧时，应使用薄板开孔器，以保圆弧切面光滑漂亮，还应在工作上先钻一个3毫米的定位眼，再钻一个12毫米的孔，将刀头伸人孔内进行内外圆的切割。
操作要求
1.刀头刀刃处勤加油特别是切割铝板尤为重要
2.先开电钻后切割结束时先退出后关电钻

3 .切割时刀杆的切口必须与被割工件保持垂直以防硬蹩折断刀头
