法压壶的正确用法

1、将滤压壶和咖啡杯用热水温热;

2、拔出滤压壶的滤压组，倒掉滤压壶的水，在壶内放入15-20克的咖啡粉；

3、滤压壶呈45度斜放，将200ml，95度左右的热水慢慢冲入，静置3-4分钟；

4、用竹棒搅拌咖啡粉，让夹杂在其中的咖啡油脂浮上最上层；

5、套上滤压器组，轻轻下压到底，再将咖啡倒入温过的咖啡杯即可！
