3)将海棉按摩头装于按摩器。将面膜敷在脸上或者将适量美容膏点于额头、鼻子、下巴等需按摩部位；

4)打开按摩器开关，在需按摩部位平稳地、自下而上旋转振动。有LOW
和HIGH 两档选择，您可以选择较为舒适的

档位。建议脸部按摩时选择LOW ；


5)在重点按摩部位连续按摩5-10分钟（如皱纹处、皱折处、毛孔较粗处或有色斑处）；

6)按摩完毕后将按摩器关掉并取下按摩头；

7)以温水清洗按摩部位后用柔软的毛巾按干；

8)除了使用面膜、美容膏外您还可以使用洁面乳对皮肤进行深层清洁。使用方法同上。
