使用须知

适用范围:

     猪排/牛排/羊排/东坡肉/鸡鸭鹅鱼肉等,可切断肉丝纤维,使肉质鲜嫩可口,更容易入味,提升您在烹饪之余的乐趣和生活的品味!对红烧/清蒸/煎炒各种做法,都大大的缩短了烹调的时间和效率!

使用说明:
1.第一次使用嫩肉器之前,建议对本产品进行洗涤。
2.把猪排/或牛排/或熟肉/或大肉块放在砧板上,取下嫩肉器的保护套。
3.把嫩肉器放在肉上来回按压,把整块肉按顺序扎穿(注意不要扎到骨头上)。
4.把肉翻另外一面,按交叉方位来回把整个面扎一遍(可参照嫩肉示意图)。  这样进行
  烹调入味快,熟的快,烹调时注意时间适当缩短。
5.参照下面的清洗示意图,进行清洗,也可在洗碗机中自动清洗(注意水温不超过80℃,
  避免塑料部分变形)。
6.平时嫩肉前可在两侧钢管上涂点猪油或其他食用油,用起来会更灵活。
