10ML沁肤嘉玫瑰植物精油

【使用方法】：用于香薰、桑拿、沐浴、按摩、浴足等，根据需要一次一至数滴。

单方精油的用法：

一、按摩呼吸法：用基础油按1-5%稀释后按摩。

二、呼吸吸收法：

1、香薰法：在香薰灯中加入几滴精油，用于净化空气，调节情绪。

2、嗅吸法:将几滴精油滴在热的手帕或者毛巾上嗅吸。

3、蒸汽薰吸法：将热水注入盆或大碗中，滴入几滴精油，用大毛巾盖住头，俯身薰吸。

三、沐浴法：

1、泡浴：将数滴精油加入浴缸浸泡，时间不宜超过30分钟。
2、沐浴：将浴露倒入浴巾中再滴入3-5滴精油，搓洗全身。
3、足浴：放数滴精油于洗脚盆中沐足。
四、喷雾法
喷脸：于100ML的雾器中注满纯水，加3-5滴纯精油摇匀，即可直接喷于脸或者身体皮肤上。
净化空气：将数滴精油加入纯水中喷洒空气，净化清新空气。
