 【特别提示】： 

（1）由于铝膜气球没有收缩性，给铝膜气球充气时一定要缓慢，可用打气筒充至90%,然后再用吸管吹，便于控制气量，以免撑破。如果遇到有2层铝膜黏粘的情况，一定要停止充气，轻轻用手将2层铝膜拉开再充气，否则容易损坏。

 

（2）尖锐物体、不干净的地面、太阳直射和过分挤压都容易让球体受损、爆裂

 

（3）由于气体的热胀冷缩，冬天或气温降低时，应适当给铝膜气球充气；夏天或气温升高时，要适当给铝膜气球放气，以免涨破。一般充氦气或氢气后能漂浮6-14个小时，所以氦气或氢气一定要在使用当天冲（充氢气时一定要注意安全哦!）

色差说明：

因拍照的背景.光线.及电脑显示器还原度的不同而造成的商品色差和色彩会有所不同，不在可控范围内，不属于质量问题。

商品以实物为准。基本都是手工加工而成，对色差及小瑕疵很在意的请仔细考虑后再决定是否订购。

 

关于发货：

买家下单付款后，我们都会在48个小时（两天）内进行发货，基本上在下午5点前付款的会在当天把货物发出。（星期天

除外）遇到缺货的我们会电话或旺旺与您联系。

 

关于签收：

物流信息显示签收，如家人，朋友，门卫等签收，若未收到请自助拨打物流信息内的派件电话，表明身份地址后要求派件员

核实。如外包装在运输过程中有损坏的情况（破损、有洞眼），请直接向派送人员要求验货、索赔或拒绝签收。

 

关于售后：

自签收之日起三天之内如有质量问题请及时联系我们，我们会给出退货和换货的答复，逾期不再受理。如质量没问题，

不做退换货处理，气球属于特殊物品，使用过的不支持退换，光凭自己不喜欢，和图片相差太大，不合心意，不满意或没有

想象中的那么好等主观因素主导的原因，买家承担两趟的运费。
